Preface

I aspire to build a corporation dedicated to developing key sectors that align with my vision: publishing, media, film, the gaming industry, and the IT sector. These are fields that inspire me, provide space for ideas, and, despite being underdeveloped in the local market, have high profit potential.

My individual projects are stepping stones toward this goal. I plan to monetize them and reinvest the profits into our own technologies, creating opportunities for like-minded individuals.

Problems

We see a world where the system is created to constantly generate problems — because without them, it simply cannot exist. Bureaucracy intervenes in every part of our lives because it is its direct task. Politics has legalized mass murder, and some states have never understood the core message Orwell wanted to convey.

The truth is that the majority of the world's population lives with a below-average income. Such a world structure and living conditions are far from suitable for everyone — especially for those who consciously seek a family, but are surrounded by an unpredictable and hostile environment. There are also those born "by default," whose desires and goals contradict their capabilities and basic instructions. And that's where things get interesting…

Solution

The system is built exactly as it needs to be, which is why it works. And changing or improving it is not my task.

My idea is to highlight what, in my opinion, is outside the purview of surrounding information sources; what has been left unsaid; what is taboo; or what can truly help someone.

This is about separating from all possible "sticks in the wheels." About the freedom to express oneself without fear of being banned. About the opportunity to research, create cool ideas, experiment with new technologies, and, most importantly, not forget to have fun.

And to implement all of this according to my own scenarios, the concept of this corporation is exactly the place for that.

Mission

I have developed a strategy and a project scenario: "How to create an infotainment magazine and turn it into a company that produces its own technologies."

For this implementation, I am seeking investment or the opportunity to integrate these ideas into existing projects. My goal is to find a team and partners to create the future in the following areas:

Description

My idea begins with creating my own space on the internet. This is a new format for a magazine and a social network, in the form of a mobile app and a web version. It's something at the intersection of Vogue, Flipboard, Facebook/Instagram, and Reddit.

The concept of having our own magazine is promising due to the ability to independently shape the direction of development and quickly adapt to changes and trends in the information field.

In my opinion, I have enough knowledge, understanding, and practical experience to consider the needs of different audiences and, from a psychological standpoint, find effective solutions for adapting content and strategy.

The focus is on providing high-quality information that shapes our image and attracts the audience, as well as creating our own products that generate profit. For this purpose, an initial team will be formed to manage the magazine and the phased development of the platform.

  • Production of films and games — as a tool for the global dissemination of culture and art, which satisfies the interests of both creators and the audience
  • The next step is IT and automation with the integration of technologies directly into the magazine (the reason for the need for our own place for experiments and developments)

To create a strong foundation, it is worth uniting with key influencers and content creators — those who have a strong presence in their field and an active audience.

Principles of Collaboration

  • Open interaction, synergy, and respect for each other's freedom — without hierarchies or unnecessary fuss, with a similar sense of humor and rock 'n' roll drive
  • Equal partnership and co-ownership, where each participant receives a share in the corporation and takes part in the strategic development of the platform
  • Each partner will have their own channel with full functionality for content creation: publications, photos, videos, reels, etc.
  • The author's primary content will gradually transition to the magazine, while external social networks will remain as supporting tools — for communication and audience redirection (with no restrictions on their use)

Initially, publications in the magazine will be available only to partners — to maintain quality and form the core target audience. Eventually, anyone will be able to create a page, publish in a convenient format, and get the opportunity for monetization.

  • Audience expansion — launching new key formats to cover additional groups, such as education-oriented content and business analytics

The Self-Presentation Projects are pilot initiatives that can be implemented without funding. These are the initial stages of a feasibility assessment, which through feedback should validate all stated intentions. They pave the way for launching key ideas and creating the magazine, and will also help attract new investments for at least the next five years.

Initially, this will help gain popularity among the Ukrainian audience, and later — to enter the international level by presenting the projects on the global market.

Thanks to their flexibility, my ideas can be easily integrated into any existing projects: as a modification, a separate project, or for company scaling. If you share similar interests and are open to collaboration, I am ready to discuss it. I have a clear vision, and it works in theory. To implement it in practice, people and resources are needed.

Summary

This is a complex, multifunctional, and multi-stage project that is challenging but entirely realistic. I chose the magazine as the foundation for development — a powerful tool for mass communication and influence.

In the Ukrainian (and not only) media market, there are clear gaps: a lack of publications that are simultaneously popular, independent, high-quality, or close to the younger generation. Therefore, I am confident: occupying a niche as a leading new-generation media (at least an entertainment magazine) is not a problem.

In a Nutshell

  • The Magazine — the company's face. A popular magazine — the voice of the majority. A mega-popular magazine — sets the direction of development, rather than adjusting to prohibitions or restrictions (a strategy exists)
  • Production of high-quality films and games — a source of profit (scenarios exist)
  • Profits are reinvested into our own IT technologies — even greater profit (ideas exist)
  • Victory!
  • Risks: In the worst-case scenario, the result will only be a popular magazine with the ability to earn from advertising, a donation system for investment, and the production of film and gaming content for sale to other companies. At the same time, the foundation is preserved, and development is possible even under critical conditions

Conclusion

Overall, my vision is focused on large-scale development — creating a place separate from the state with its own independent ecosystem, which unites different areas of activity: from innovative technologies to creative thinking.

And if we gather all the best in one place and organize a professional team of critically-thinking idealists and enthusiasts, an evolutionary leap will happen by itself.

Only minimal investments are needed to launch the mechanism that will, over time, build a financially autonomous system with powerful profit potential. Because nothing is impossible — only the wrong approach!
